Ordering Online.
All orders are processed on our secure server so you can be confident that your details remain private.Unlike many other companies we NEVER share data as customer protection/security is paramount.
All you need to do is to simply select the items you require and add them to the shopping basket and proceed to the checkout.
We accept both Debit and Credit Card payments from most providers i.e.Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch, Meastro and Solo cards.
We also accept Bank Transfer,Cheques,Bankers Draft,Postal Order and Paypal.
All purchases are made in UK Pounds Sterling £ (GBP).
Please note: We do NOT ship products to Singapore,Thailand,Hong Kong,China or Korea using ANY other payment method than bank transfer.
Shipping charges and delivery times.
Postage and carriage charges are costed by weight and will show in order total.
If Credit/Debit Card,Bank Transfer, and Paypal used then we will endeavour to supply items purchased within a 2 to 3 days timescale (excludes custom length cables etc) as these payment methods are instant.
Once we recieve a Bankers Draft or Postal Order for orders we will send goods within timescale shown above.
For personal Cheques we will send goods once payment has cleared.
Most items are sent via our courier and are fully insured against loss/damage etc and any item sent via Royal Mail will be by recorded delivery and insured against loss/damage.
If for any reason your order should experience a delay we will contact you with a delivery date.
