REL Commodore takes LFE performance to a higher level. At its core is a high-quality, Oxygen-Free Copper (OFC) conductor composed of 19 strands of ultra-fine 38 AWG wire. This design transmits the full weight and nuance of modern soundtracks with speed and precision.

The internal architecture is finely tuned to unravel complex passages and preserve the sharp leading edge of transients. From subtle atmospheric cues to high-impact explosions, Commodore delivers articulation, timing, and control with remarkable clarity. Eleven strands of 99.99% pure OFC help to create the optimal ground path that is key to providing outstanding dynamics.

REL Commodore uses a full-foil sheet to block both radio frequency and electromagnetic interference ensuring the quiet background necessary for theatre work.

Using a dedicated ground and a separate full-foil shield allows Commodore to deliver outstanding performance in every scenario.

REL Commodore’s custom-machined RCA connectors are both durable and refined. Each one features a reverse-threaded (Left-Hand Twist) shell that stays secure through repeated system changes and cable adjustments.

Its compact casing reduces strain on input jacks and simplifies installation in tight spaces. Every connector is hand-soldered to preserve signal integrity and maintain strength. The entire cable is wrapped in Supplex™, REL’s ultra-flexible braided jacket, making Commodore easy to install and built for long-term reliability.
