The Stillpoints Aperture II acoustic panels represent a whole new form of acoustical treatment. The Stillpoints Aperture II is actually three products in one: an absorber, a diffuser, and a resonator. Due to its revolutionary design, it is impossible to directly compare the performance parameters of the Stillpoints Aperture II to a conventional acoustic panel made of fiberglass.

The Stillpoints Aperture II are a unique approach to room acoustics. They combine several treatments into one furniture-grade component: an absorber, a diffuser, and a resonator. They are exceptionally powerful, so you do not need to cover the listening environment like with traditional acoustic treatments. For instance, with a stand-mounted monitor, one could start with just a single Aperture II centred between the speakers and hear the effect.

The Stillpoints Aperture II utilizes a blend of absorption materials, and a unique design of internal chambers to trap acoustic energy. The diffusion aspect of the Stillpoints Aperture II breaks up the waveforms which will aid mid to high frequency absorption and reduction. The resonator aspect of the Stillpoints Aperture II offers control of the lower frequencies only when it’s needed. Thoughtful placement can achieve wonderfully controlled bass frequencies with dynamic lifelike quality and speed.

SPECIFICATION

Apertures are available with oak, cherry, walnut frames and with black, cream or white fabric.

• Choose from three natural wood frame finishes. Light Oak, Cherry or Walnut. 
• Match with one of three fabric colours: Cream, Black or White

Standard Aperture II wood/insert combinations are Light Oak/Cream, Cherry/Cream, and Walnut/Black. The Standard offerings are stocked by Stillpoints and UK distributor.

The standard combinations are:

Cherry Frame with Cream screen.

Light Oak Frame with Cream Screen.

Walnut  Frame with Black Screen.
