The NESSIE ProPlus+ is a sophisticated, high-quality record cleaning machine from VinylCare Technologies. The machine is manufactured in Germany and used worldwide.  The NESSIE ProPlus+ has 2 built-in tanks, an electric dosing unit and a combination brush with microfibre and classic brush.

The cleaning fluid is filled into the built-in tank. The filler opening is located at the front left of the appliance. A funnel is supplied for filling the tank. The cleaning fluid is dispensed directly into the combi brush at the touch of a button and distributed evenly over the record surface.

The combi brush is equipped with two brushes: a microfibre brush and a NESSIE premium brush. Both brush heads are movably suspended (oscillating) and therefore adapt to any unevenness in the record. The premium brush is made from the finest, abrasion-free fibres in industrial quality. It is industrially manufactured in a traditional company in the Black Forest. The additionally installed microfibre brush distributes the liquid evenly and supports cleaning with microfibre technology.

Users who wash a lot of records in particular will appreciate the advantage of a permanently installed brush. It is tiring to hold the washing brush still in the correct position for long periods of time. This usually results in the washing time being shortened or liquid getting onto the back of the record that has just been dried.

The centrepiece of the Nessie Vinylcleaner ProPlus+ is the extremely quiet suction technology that was already used in the first Nessie, the "Vinylmaster". The same high-quality motors are used and no compromises are made. The suction power is electronically controlled. The contact pressure on the record is therefore never too high. This is a common problem with supposedly "powerful" machines.

The housing is made of 8 mm deep black Carnonacryl and the platter is made of satinised acrylic. Chrome-plated design and functional elements make the machine a real eye-catcher.    

The elegant puck made of hard chrome-plated aluminium is also unique in this class. It has a rubber lip seal on the underside that protects the label from moisture during washing. The puck seals without screws or clamps using only its own weight.

The in-house cleaning agent "Nessie Vinylin" is supplied in a practical 500 ml bottle. 

Dynamic washing thanks to automatic change of rotation direction

The direction of rotation of the turntable changes automatically after a few revolutions. This means that the brush hairs are always repositioned. This creates a dynamic washing operation without the user having to operate any switches.

The NESSIE suction system - legendarily quiet and residue-free

When the suction arm is swivelled onto the plate, suction starts automatically and all loosened dirt is pulled deep out of the groove. The suction power adjusts automatically. Suction stops automatically after 1 revolution. The NESSIE does not have the "residual strip" that is common with many vacuum cleaners.

A second tank is built into the machine to hold the dirt solution. This tank is sufficiently large and can be easily emptied and rinsed via a drain hose. The hose clamp is magnetically attached to the lower edge of the appliance and is therefore always ready to hand.

High-quality certified workmanship

The appliance is manufactured in Seevetal near Hamburg, Germany. The housing is made of deep black carbon acrylic. The high-quality look is emphasised by elegant chrome and stainless steel elements.  All devices have been tested and certified by us in accordance with the strict test regulations of the EU Machinery Directive.

Protection against electrostatics

The Nessie ProPlus+ record washer is protected against electrostatic charges in several ways, including the earthing of the disc mandrel, the metal side supports and an antistatic turntable support. The "Vinylin" cleaning fluid is also antistatic.

Washing timer with LED display

The appliances are equipped with an LED-illuminated button that indicates the recommended minimum washing time via a timer. This means that the correct washing time is always used, even with several discs.

Basotect sound insulation

The appliances are fitted with full sound insulation made of Basotect, an open-pored sound insulation material from BASF AG. This insulates the noise of the turbine to less than 60 dB.

Unique combi-brush arm

The machine is equipped with two brushes: a microfibre brush and a NESSIE premium brush. Both brush heads are movably suspended (oscillating) and therefore adapt to any unevenness in the record. The additionally installed microfibre brush distributes the liquid evenly and supports cleaning with microfibre technology. Result: Fast and thorough cleaning across the entire width of the record.
