The new generation MM cartridge

Gold Note Vasari’s innovative design is the result of a long research and development phase to create a high-performance MM cartridge. The body is made from a single machined piece of solid aluminium 7000 alloy to ensure high damping power and assisted by an ultra-light aluminium cantilever – inserted directly into the body to minimise any unwanted vibration – so that Gold Note Vasari can extract even the finest details from the vinyl groove.

Vasari is available in 3 models:

•         Shibata, featuring a Shibata stylus
•        Gold, featuring an elliptical stylus
•         Red, featuring a conical stylus

The new Gold Note Vasari Shibata thanks to the peculiar shape of its stylus – an evolution of the elliptical shape with extra special facets to create an asymmetrical shape – allows for an incredible increase of the surface area contact whilst reducing significantly the pressure applied to the vinyl groove.

The result is a nearly perfect playback, with better dynamics and resolution, thanks to the deeper contact with the vinyl groove and, at the same time, low the wear of the record and the diamond.
