The Statement BDC is PLiXiR’s flagship Balanced DC linear power supply. Based on the award winning Elite BDC, PLiXiR's unique 3 stage noise regulation architecture has undergone massive circuit refinements. With new proprietary star+plane ground design, massively increased capacitance (>40%) and improved layout schemes, it has allowed PLiXiR to further reduce the noise floor (both high frequency and low frequency), the eddy ground loop current and the output impedance for transient current delivery.

From the bespoke Noratel Tru-Balanced transformer, the customed German made Bfly Master PRO feetr, to the long awaited ground binding post feature, no efforts have been spared to create the ultimate PLiXiR DC power supply.

Noratel Transformer

All Statement BDC features the use of PLiXiR's Tru-Balanced power transformer design, customed by Noratel. Featuring a massively oversized transformer core, high purity OFC copper wire, a magnetic shield with vibration absorbing property and other secret tricks from experience, it’s probably one of the highest end transformer used in a DC power product.

Bfly Master PRO feet

High end Master PRO feet from Bfly audio are used for all Statement BDC. These amazing German made feet features multi-layer damping with different material for different vibration frequency damping and is solely customed made to PLiXiR's specifications. They are mounted loose and free without stress, so that the statement BDC performance will be maximised when placed onto the surface.

Handcrafted

All PLiXiR products are handcrafted in Singapore. The ability to control all aspects of the PCB and product assembly allow PLiXiR to fully optimise the performance and sound for all PLiXiR products. Each product is uniquely made to very high standard as quality and not quantity is key.

The final tuning is done by James Soh, the founder, for the PLiXiR sound.

Casing

Extruded, 5mm thick aluminium casing body. Thick metal top and bottom plates provide an ultra rigid casing that guards against the sound-degrading effects of mechanical vibrations and protects the transformer from external damage.

Selected premium components including ultra low impedance capacitors, high current connectors and high purity copper cables.

DC Cables

Dual output Statement BDC (6 Amp version) is supplied with 2 x  1 metre long high current PliXiR high purity Copper DC power cable with either 2.1mm or 2.5mm plugs to fit to connected component (please select from dropdown box when at top of page when ordering).
