The Metronome Le Player 4 CD transport is the perfect match for Métronome`s Le DAC 2 digital to analogue converter (and of course most other DAC`s). The Le Player 4 CD transport has multiple digital outputs including i2s to match Metronome`s Le DAC 2`s i2s input for ultimate playback. There are also AES/EBU and SPDIF outputs allowing the Le Player 4 to connect to many DAC`s. 

The Le Player 4 CD transort can play CD`s in their native format or upsample discs to offer the listener great flexability. 

The Le Player 4 uses the luxurious top loading system Metronome has adopted for premium performance and like the Le Player 4+ complete CD player can also have the Metronome streaming module added for a complete digital solution.

As with all Metronome components they are all 100% built by Metronome for ultimate quality control.
